Get to Know Me

I'm Clàudia, I was born in Andorra, although I have lived and worked in several different countries. After almost 25 years in finance, in May 2019, I decided to turn my life around and start a new project doing what I am passionate about people.

To that end, I retrained and redirected my work experience to become a Leadership Expert.

I have always liked meeting new people, and this has been a significant thread of my career. From my professional beginnings, I have been interested in personal and professional improvement and found in Coaching and Mentoring the answer to my concerns.

My mission is to help people, executives, teams, companies and organisations to develop

influential and motivating leadership so that they can achieve their goals, increase performance, improve results and, at the same time, help them live a fuller, happier personal and professional life. What it differentiates me from other Experts is my international experience as a leader in the financial industry, for either the private and public sector.  Primarily, my last years in the Government of Andorra as Secretary of State for International Financial Matters, which gives me a vision and a holistic approach to any problem and situation.

I have lived and worked in different countries, speak 5 languages ​​and led and negotiated multicultural teams. I am a Leadership Expert: Coach, Mentor, Trainer and Speaker. Expert in Personal, Executive, Team and Organisational Coaching, with Systemic Coaching, NLP (Master Practitioner), Neuroscience and Emotional Intelligence. ESADE MBA (Master in Finance & International Management) and ESADE Program in Influential Leadership Up & Across.
